If you've lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you've probably found there are

not many people who understand the deep hurt your feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you've never faced before. Our Grief Support Groups will help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life.

Each session includes time spent as a support group where you can share what's going on in your life.

You can begin attending the Grief Support Groups at any session; each is "self-contained" so you don't have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin.

Our Grief Support Group facilitator is Larry Curtis. Larry is a volunteer grief counselor and former board member of the Bereavement Network Resources of Sacramento. For more information or to register, contact Larry Curtis.
